I ordered my contacts on May 28 and was told they would arrive within 3–4 business days. After two weeks with no updates, I called and was repeatedly told I would receive a call or email once they arrived. Throughout the month, I received no communication and no new information each time I called. On June 30, I called again and was told the contacts were ready for pickup. When I picked them up on July 1, staff confirmed the contacts had actually arrived the previous week—yet I received no notification, despite the store having both my phone number and email. I requested compensation for the month‑long delay and lack of communication, especially since I needed the contacts for travel. The staff seemed confused about why I was asking and offered an eye lotion, then finally a 10% discount on my next order. The customer service at this store is consistently unprofessional. Staff are dismissive both over the phone and in person, and their communication practices are unreliable. Proper customer‑service training is clearly needed. I do not recommend this location. There are many other eyewear and contact lens stores that provide far better service.
