UPDATE (3/30/24) - When I first did an eye exam with this company, they gave me to high of a lense prescription which caused eye strain and headaches. I didn't realize this and ordered another pair which arrived today. When I got an accurate one from my primary eye doctor I asked if they could send them back with the new prescription. They were very understanding and quick to get the order sent. Tiffany the assistant manager was a delight to work with and understanding. Thank you! Busy location surrounded by many other shopping areas. Staff very friendly and honest opinion when trying on glasses. Helped with recommendations and ideas and answered all my questions. You can walk in or make an appointment. Might have to wait a little if you just walk in, but not long. Overall happy with the experience and recommend this location.

Did not have a good experience at this location. I was told to come in 15 minutes early for my appointment I came in earlier than expected. Hoping to get some paperwork done and then getting seen at the time of my appt. I came in close to 4:45 p.m. for my appointment that was at 5:20 p.m. I knew it was going to be a bit of a wait since I came in a lot earlier than I needed to. But I was not seen for my exam until 5:30 or later. Got that done. Waited until 6:30 and I asked them how much longer it was going to be for the virtual exam with the provider and they told me possibly another 45 minutes. I left the location without seeing the provider as it seems like this might take the rest of my night. If you are having problems with your system or your computers, please reschedule your patients instead of having them wait for a long time.

I just had the best eye exam and glasses fitting here. Appointment was seamless, Everyone that works here is so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Shout out to Margaret! Thanks again ladies!

Horrible customer service & TERRIBLE quality lenses. Had my glasses for 2 months and they are so badly scratched I had to go back to my old 3 year old glasses that are in WAY better condition. Paid extra money for anti scratch/glare and it made them scratch even worse. Will not be going here again.

I chose a pair of Sun glasses at your store, when they came in I tried them on and they just were not working, frame and perception. Tiffany worked with me for quite a while on those glasses. She was so caring that everything was going to be perfect for me. After all that time I ended up having to pick another pair. She was right there with me the whole time. She did everything with the new pair. I left and about a week later picked up the new Sunglasses. They were Perfect!!! Thank you so much Tiffany for your hard work and caring so much about my experience. I got the perfect pair of sunglasses that I have now from America's Best. I am so happy! Sheryl
