I had a wonderful experience with Kylee, Dr Megan H., and Mai Lee! The whole process was very easy and explained every step of the way. It was welcoming, transparent, and respectful. I would highly recommend this team for any care in the future.
Everyone at the Eye Care Center from front office staff to doctors are great! I think that customer service must be their top priority. The quality of the service is top notch! I have dry eye disease, but have been unable to access a prescription for it due to cost. Dr. Haresdin had found a new product for me that was affordable. I am so grateful for that Dr. Haresdin keeps up with all the latest information.
I have been going to Dr. Albers for many years and have never had a negative experience. The entire staff is friendly and efficient from booking appointments through checking me out. My eye exam is always very thorough, never rushed and I am encouraged to ask any questions I might have. This is an excellent clinic and I highly recommend it to anyone!
I have had my optical needs tended by Dr. Albers and his associates at Eye Care Center in Maplewood for almost 30 years. They are attentive, thorough, and incredibly proactive in tending a myriad of issues I have experienced with my eye care. I am trying to switch from glasses to contacts and yesterday's fitting with learning how to put lenses in and take them out was very helpful. The team was very patient with each step and sent me out the door with everything I needed! Way to go Eye Care Center!
My family has been going to the Eye Care Center for many years and have always received the best care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are the best and willing to answer any questions you may have. They truly care about their patients. They have a large selection of eyeglasses to pick up from traditional to unusual frames. Their prices are comparable to other eye care businesses.
