Looooove this place! The only place in town that sells Tomato glasses for kids so we placed our order on the phone without even coming to the store! The ladies we talked to (Amanda and Kayla) were incredibly helpful and I even got to talk to the owner when I had some questions. We finally visited this store when it was time to pick up the glasses...their glasses selection for kids was the best I have seen in the Twin Cities. I wish I would have known about this place when my son was 1

The staff here are super friendly and highly knowledgeable, and the vibe of the shop itself is so colorful and welcoming. They stock a ton of high quality frames. No high pressure sales tactics. They take a lot more measurements than big box places to make your lenses as well as possible. If you're sick of paying a lot of money for rebranded Luxotica crap, spend your money here instead.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. Starting with the Dr giving me the wrong prescription and then asking me to make my eyes adjust, to the staff not preparing me that I was purchasing an $800.00 pair of glasses, then ending with their lack of communication where my contact lens order sat at the store for a month and my glasses for 2 week due to their failure to contact me and let me know my order was ready. Would not recommend and if you do choose to use this location do not buy contact/glasses at this location. Take your order anywhere else. It will save you hundreds of dollars.

To be clear, the team members working here were great. The Assistant Manager was top notch. However, this was the single worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctors. I booked my appointment online. I show up and am told it will have to be a virtual exam as they do not have optomitrists on site. This was never communicated online when booking the appointment! I disclose my medical issue up front and on the online intake form. They do the "exam" and have a doctor look at the pictures in a ONE MINUTE video chat. Only to tell me they can't do the exam as I should have been dilated due to my disclosed medical issues and the pictures that were taken were terrible and unusable. The company than had the gall to bill me and my insurance for the exam that they couldn't complete. NEVER again and I've used them for years now. Waste of time, money, my insurance benefits, and patience. Especially as there was no disclosure that it would be a forced virtual exam until I walked in the door. What a waste of time and a huge disappointment. I took the day off of work for nothing. Never again. Now I have to find a new place to get glasses and wait another 2-5 weeks to get an appointment. Never again.

I am so happy I went here! I had a great experience from the minute I stepped in. The whole store is so cute and cozy. Everyone was very friendly to me. I loved the optometrist and everyone I worked with! Nikki listened to my vision and looked at my inspo pictures and helped me pick out a really unique pair! They have frames you won’t find anywhere else!
