Jamie provided exemplary service that suited my needs and aides in my budget. she was honest in her opinion of what I chose on frames, while delivering personal touch service that sought out the best deal for my budget. I had such a great experience with her at this location, that I will continue to get my spectacles here.

Amber was the highlight of my visit. Helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I give her 5 stars. The rest brought a five star review down to a 3. Totally rubbed me the wrong way. Instead of one purchase for exam and glasses I was rushed into paying for the exam and told hope to see you soon. Uh...I was going to purchase glasses. I asked about the cost of the glasses as it was advertised on the walls 2 pair for x $s. No clue what I was talking about. Then I was shown a price sheet with the coatings, tint, etc. No thank you I am happy with my Zenni pricing. Great exam though.
I got new glasses and one of em had a mistake with how they made the lens. I believe it was Sajra who helped me and she was the best. Super nice and explained why and how things happen, and it made me feel very relieved. She helped me place a replacement order for my lenses, thank you again!
Stopped in America's Best to check on the frames they offer . Had a good selection . Employees were very friendly . Very helpful . Answered all of our questions .
Today I came in to get my glasses fixed. I lost the top part of the screw that holds my right lens in. Unfortunately this was the outcome: They ended up not having the right tools to fix the issue and instead tried to find another way around it. As you can see in the photo, it’s just one screw without to top piece to hold it in place and keep it flush. And the screw they used was too long so they tried to cut it down to size (after placing it) which resulted in my frames being scratched up. The piece of the screw that sticks out is also pretty sharp so I’m not sure what to do about this. I talked with the person who tried to fix it and they said it was all they could do. My advice: if you don’t have the necessary tools to fix something, please TELL THE CLIENT. I would have rather known and just gone home with the way they were when I came in. Rather than having my (not so cheap) frames damaged and hazardous. I’m not terribly upset but I am pretty sad about it. I understand wanting to do their best for the client but I wish they would have communicated with me better.
