My wife and I just completed checkups. It was an excellent experience. Staff was so warm, friendly and accommodating, in addition to being competent,knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Ernst is excellent. We recommend Rosen Optometry highly.
My experience at Rosen Optometry was awesome. From Dr. Diepebrock to Peachez to McKenna at the front desk everyone was caring and pleasant. The gentleman who set me up for glasses was wonderful too! I would recommend this office to anyone knowing they will get the best care for their eyes.
Couple of mistakes to be honest but overall good and a little on the slow side, seems like they have new employees which is understandable but needs improvement and definitely double check on what your providing & covering to customers beforehand so there is no surprises. Thank you, the contacts came in quick :) Glasses fit well great to.
Everyone is thorough, friendly, and patient. I have been going to them for years & the customer service keeps getting better. Everyone is great! Shout out to Nickie & Peaches. Oh so helpful. See ya next year!
One of the few places I could find willing to see a 2 year old, and didn’t have to wait a year for an appointment. The staff was amazing. Gave her candy and some bubbles. The doctor held her for part of the exam. Very kid friendly and the appointment went so much better than I thought it would. 10 out of 10 experience.
