America’s Best Optometrist

I’ve been going to americas best for a few years and never had a problem. Wasn’t impressed the last time I got glasses the young man was very rude and I felt like it was a bother me being there. The receptionist rushed me off the phone this afternoon, I was simply checking on the status on my trial contacts, I explained it was going on almost 3 weeks and I didn’t even get my sentence out and said yeah it usually takes three weeks. I find that odd because the last text I got said they had my contacts in stock and to give the store 4-5 days and I’ve waited to call for a week now. Very disappointed. I love dr. Jenson and the pre screening staff.

Been to America's best several times and have never had a problem. Monica H and Shane C are the best however, Cathy is the worse people person ever! Ordered my lenses wrong more than once and then when I came to get my glasses she lost the lens. Miss ma'am argued with me about losing my lens and I knew I drove in with them. Moral of the story, if Shane and Monica are not there.... DON'T GO

DrJenson was absolutely anazing. She was so kind and gentle getting the foreign material out of my eye almost effortlessly but with surgical persision. The last thing I would also like to take the time out to celebrate is how absolutly amazing sales associate ive ever had in an Americas best location. She def went above and beyond to make sure that I got every single thing I wanted to get accomplished while there. She really should prob get a raise bc she is so personable and flare out and amazing person first and amazing sales associate second. Treasure her and make sure you guys take care of her and make her feel as appreciated as she should feel or even better bc she has got to be one of your most amazing customer service reps.

Christine at the Mays Landing NJ location was absolutely fantastic! I came to the store because I had broken my frames and Christine delayed her lunch just to help me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and she absolutely saved the day, finding me a replacement pair of frames that my lens would fit in. Her customer service was AMAZING! She deserves a raise!

Monica at America’s Best was amazing. She helped me find the best deal on my glasses and contacts and took the time to explain all my options. She was also very sweet and patient with my youngest daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. Customer service like that really stands out. Thank you, Monica!
