I had a great experience at LensCrafters. James, the salesman, spent a lot of time helping me understand and choose the right Nuance progressive lenses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was fitted correctly and comfortably before I left. I really appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for anyone considering progressive lenses!

This place really sucks. I went and got my glasses there.Twice. the second time I could still hardly see small print. But here's the secret. I used to get my glasses from costco, and they have a great optometrical too. Bought my insurance dropped them little did I know that with no insurance for costco I will pay cheaper price than with insurance through lens crafter and get a much better product. Almost a hundred dollars cheaper for a high end pair of reading glasses and they are incredible. So no more lens crafter for me, and one the guys got up in my face while I was there because i'm supposed to get my money back within thirty days. And apparently didn't like that, I was returning them, oh well. Lenscrapper bites. So I got an entirely different prescription from costco, and I truly believe them. Of course.You have to be a costco.Member. but it's well worth it for these credible glasses. If nothing else. So apparently I do have cataracts. With the costco, doctor told me, I have a long time to wait before I get any kind of a surgery, and I believe that more than lens crafter. Am I mine insurance covered the eye exam?Which was fifteen dollars at costco. So lenscrafter and I are done. It's like the mcdonald's of the eyeglass world. Rinkie dink.

Margaret was fantastic. She helped me fix my glasses extremely quickly and was friendly throughout the experience. You guys are amazing, and give Margaret a raise!

Margaret was absolutely wonderful. I came in because one of the temples on my glasses came off and she took her time and fixed them beautifully. She was so sweet and kind and great at her job!

I had such a great first time experience buying glasses at LensCrafters! The customer service was absolutely unbelievable. Jack, in particular, went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His sense of humor was an added bonus and made the experience even better. The prices were also very budget friendly, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured and felt confident in my purchase. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for glasses and a stress free, positive experience. I’ll absolutely be back in the future!!
