America’s Best Optometrist

Great experience here. I was in the area for another doctors appointment while there saw Americans Best was across the parking lot. I called to see if they did walk in appointments and they took my right in. Everyone was nice I have no complaints. Nick was my associate and he was great! Ask for Nick!

The doctor was friendly and informative, definitely patient is centered and caring. However, that is where my pleasant experience in it. Would never recommend anyone coming here for From buying eyeglasses of contacts My daughter needed specialized glasses. They said they could accommodate pay the additional money Close to $1,000 for the glasses, frames, lenses etc They told me 10 to 14 days. My daughter really needed the glasses badly. They did not call and update me at all. Winner on the 15th day. Still going to have the glasses. They said that there was no tracking number. No update as to where they were, except that the lab creating lenses received the order. They said they were call me with their update and let me know. Another week went by my wife called they had no update. No tracking number. I went in a few days after the call to ask them about it cuz my daughter at this point was destroyed crying saying Daddy I can't see where my glasses. I sternly Lodge my complaint with the person there within earshot of the manager who could have called could have given updates said nothing. The person eventually was able to find and let me know. They will be there in 3 days time. Again could have gotten a call or update after waiting almost 4 weeks for to get them. The overall management of the place is poor which is why I never would recommend anyone ever shopping, purchasing any thing from there!

I came here because I broke my frames. Aaron was the best! He had me in and out of there in maybe 15 minutes! Great guy and very understanding. I will be returning.

I've been here about 3 times now trying to get my glasses. First they were made improperly and needed to be sent back. They did not even contact me the first time when my glasses came in...I had to call them and ask. This time they ordered me the same exact pair I already have instead of the other pair I ordered. I will never use this location again, this is the worst location possible. Now I have to wait for another pair to be made yet again. The first time I went in there was also hardly ANY instruction on what to do or where to go. Go to a different location and save your frustration.

Nick was excellent. He was very thorough, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I've never felt more confident about a pair of glasses than I have in the ones I worked with him over.
