America’s Best Optometrist

I had an excellent experience at America’s Best thanks to Cheryl. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I first met her during a previous visit, and I was impressed that she remembered me months later. We even remembered that we share the same birthday! Cheryl went above and beyond to help me with my contact lens needs and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who is both knowledgeable and so kind. Cheryl’s outstanding customer service is one of the reasons I will continue coming back to America’s Best. Thank you, Cheryl, for making my experience such a positive one!

Absolutely loved coming to this facility! My girls and I worked with Sophia, Cheryl, Kelly & Samantha and they were so sweet and helpful!! This office made you feel like you were amongst family & the atmosphere was very comfortable unlike the one closer to me which is Bayshore. I would not go back unless I ABSOLUTELY had no other option otherwise this one in Babylon is where I'll continue to go!! Definitely recommend trying them out!! Thank you ladies very much!!

Today I visited the West Babylon store. My husband and I were warmly greeted by Cheryl. She introduced herself and introduced us to Barbara. Together they assisted me and my husband to make our eyeglass decisions. They were both very professional and pleasant. I will definitely return and refer friends and family to America's Best. We were both very satisfied with our decision to go to America's Best with our prescriptions.

I don’t know where to begin. Every single person in this store is amazing. I went back three times my first time dealing with them and I’m so upset that I did not come sooner. All these other eyeglass places have been ripping me off for the last six years I’ve paid over $1000 for two pairs of glasses I purchased three pair of glasses for not even $1000. The ladies helped me find the right fit for my face took their time very knowledgeable about how the insurance works. I didn’t realize until I walked in there that I had so many discounts with my insurance. The manager was extremely helpful. The ladies were also extremely helpful. Everyone in the store is phenomenal!!!!!!!!
