From the time I walked in the store. I was greeted right away and they were extremely busy. That did not stop them from having excellent customer service. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I almost purchased glassess I would've been constanly pushing up on my face. Thanks to the tech that was working with me and explaining to me why that would have been. I decided to go with her recommendation that turned out to be better fit. I would like to give a special thanks to: Kassandra ( mangager ), Dr.Cochnan and Kim. If I meesed up you names up I apologize. I still have on my old glasses until I come pick up my new ones. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE again!

It's always a good time when I go in here. Everybody is friendly, full of life, energetic, enthusiastic, and I love the atmosphere. I'll be going back soon for my eye appointment. Thank you Cassandra and Ms. Benita. I'll see you next week. They have great staff from the front desk too seriously... Thanks folks!

Donna was the amazing, she made the experience so much fun. All the ladies were amazing and friendly. And it felt like girl time trying on cute glasses lol. It made the whole process flow so smoothly and memorable

Donna was such a pleasure to work with. I brought my mama in for an exam and glasses, and she was so patient with us. She explained everything in great detail, and I couldn’t have been happier with our visit!! It is obvious that she actually cares!! The whole staff was kind and very knowledgeable, but Donna really made an impression!!

I stopped in this location to have my prescription on my new glasses double checked because I was having some trouble focusing. I had my eye exam at another location, however this one was closer and I thought it would be a quick trip. They refused to help, even though they didn’t have any other customers in the store. They were unwilling to listen to my concern and kept talking over me. It was really insane, I’ve never experienced anything like that before. 0/5 stars.
