My experience at White Oak Vision Center was great. There was no wait time and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. The staff was super friendly and gave me then option to opt-out of any extra services which were not covered by my insurance. When it came to actually get glasses the staff was not pushy and wanted me to come to my own conclusions on what I wanted and not what was most expensive. Overall it is a small, refined staff, that takes care of patients.

I wholeheartedly recommend White Oak Vision Center. Yesterday, I experienced an emergency, and upon contacting them, they promptly asked me to come in. Their team was exceptionally professional and friendly. Furthermore, I had anticipated a minimum cost of $300.00, but the service only amounted to $130.00, and they even provided an additional 20% discount on my bill. I will certainly be directing a great deal of business their way.
Really nice, clean place. Everyone was so friendly and made things very easy. Megan helped me get my lenses and frames. She was very helpful in finding a great style that looked good on me, that i felt good in. Definitely going back from here on out.
I would give more than five stars if I could. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Young was everything you would want from your eye doctor and more. My contact lenses are perfect and I look forward to riding my motorcycle with better peripheral vision.
After noticing that my 3 year old has a lazy eye, I made an appointment with Cincinnati Children’s but after waiting several months for the appointment, I found out they do not accept vision insurance and it would have cost me $650 out of pocket. I was very happy to see that White Oak Vision Center will see patients as young as “toddlers” as stated in multiple places on their website. I made appointment for myself and my children (ages 3.5 and 7). I received a call the next day asking if my youngest was familiar with his letters. I assured them that he was, and has known all of his letters for over a year. That seemed to be acceptable and I asked if he could be placed on a waitlist for a sooner appointment, since they are scheduled out a couple months and I would like to get his vision corrected as soon as possible. I just received a call today (about a week later). I was expecting to be offered a sooner appointment. Instead, I was told they need to cancel his appointment because they don’t see children under 5 years old, contrary to what is stated on their website. Thanks, White Oak Vision Center. I will find another optometrist to take my family’s business to.
