So far, the worst service I've ever received (I've been wearing glasses since I was 6). Doctor was kind and confident. My lenses are very shiny (i usually add anti-reflection on my hi-indexes, but neither were offered). I find it curious a business would so much under-sell the customizations of the lenses, especially if insurance offers to pay for such customizations. If couldn't remember to get anti-reflective lenses (for whatever reason), I would expect the associate would go down the list of all the ways they could get more money. That didn't happen here and unfortunately.. its actually the only time I expect it.. like it had for the last 25 years or so. Then, there was the fiasco with the contacts. Samples were ordered twice, but I only received one pair, which arrived shortly AFTER I ordered them myself.. which was frustrating, since I intended to sample them before insurance expired.. you know.. to make sure I could see out of them. And no one assisted with a fitting. Or offered one. I have no idea what the hell happened here. (And I should have received both pairs of samples. You know.. for the inconvenience and.. BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE CAN SEE OUT OF THEM). i had to return to thr store like 5 times. Terrible.
