Family run practice. Very little, if no wait at all. Receptionists and staff very friendly. I feel my eye exams are really thorough, and questions are answered in detail and easily understood.Thank you so much.
I have been going to Giovanetti Eyecare for 31 years. I have always had a great experience. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Mike is awesome! He is always on time with his appointments, up to-date with all the new studies/technology and truly cares about his patients. I always recommend them to all my family and friends.
This is our fourth year with Giovanetti EyeCare! My husband and I have back-to-back appointments so Dr.Mike G. has us as a tag team! He is very professional and knowledgeable! Completely thorough in his exam, although I don’t have any real issues, my husband is developing a couple conditions that Dr.Mike is watching closely. We completely trust him with our vision!! Being a volunteer for CABVI I see first hand how precious our sight truly is!
Me and husband have went here for years and recently my husband was told because he was not able to make a few appointments due to a very important personal matter they were no longer able to see him as a patient due to a possible lawsuit because they found something on his eye. Where I understand that, he was never told he had to be seen by a specific time but just told they would not longer see him. Make sure you keep your appointments so you don't get canceled!
Dr. Joe takes the time to explain things in such detail so you have all the information to make a decision. I never feel rushed out and all questions are answered before you leave. Everyone else in the office is fantastic, everyone is always very willing to help and very pleasant to work with.
