Just had my appointment here today (Easton location) i can say i absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. From the front desks, to the Dr. everyone was sooo sweet & welcoming. My Dr. cracked me up the whole time & educated me on my eyesight. He also helped me save $ by swapping my contact brand that was no better than the cheaper one.But Ms Bunny was my FAVORITE. She did my first few eye tests before my exam she complimented me and didn’t rush me. She’s is soo cute & sassy. I will definitely be back!!! ❤️

Been in this store for the first time and they are very professional people. Love the service and special thanks to Angelique. She did an amazing service.
Stopped in to get help with glasses I bought there that are not wearing very well as far a craftsmanship and quality in particular the lenses. They are getting swirls and scratches in the lenses way to easily and as much as the cost they shouldn’t be wearing like that considering I’ve worn glasses my entire life I know that it is not normal wear. I use cleaning cloths on them and I’m pretty careful with them. Spoke to a young lady there that tried to be helpful but was saying it could be from having dirt on the glasses or the cleaning coth when cleaning them. Or from washing and/or drying the cleaning cloths in the washer and dryer. They are Oakley glasses and I have another pair from the Oakley store I bought 2 weeks apart. Not happening to them even though I don’t treat them any different. Pretty much got a speech from them blaming me for the quality of the product they sold me. Even was told they could tell it from the pattern. Well how does that matter cause if you clean them rubbing round and round or up and down or side to side that same principal would apply. So basically they are selling cheap product that you can’t touch or else your going to damage them. You can clearly tell the glasses haven’t been abused. What was the icing on the cake is they offered nothing. Like they could care less what you think or feel or if you ever come back. Definitely won’t be back and they won’t get anymore money from me and will tell other don’t buy from the company cause they treat you like a one and done! No thank you! Terrible customer service to say the least!
My initial visit was actually quite pleasant. Everything was fine… until it was time to pick up my glasses. After paying almost $500 for two pairs, I was given my glasses in a case that honestly looked like it came from a lost-and-found box. Nothing presentable, zero quality. When I asked for a complimentary cleaning cloth (something basic that any decent optical store provides without hesitation), I was told that the cloths won’t arrive until the end of November… and that I should go to Dollar Tree and buy one in the meantime. Oh, perfect. So I buy the glasses here, but I have to go somewhere else to buy the most basic accessory. Very convenient. This is not about the price of the cloth. It’s about the detail, the service, and not making the customer feel like they’re asking for something unreasonable. But apparently, courtesy here is considered a luxury. Very disappointing. I will not be returning, and yes, I will be recommending this place… but only so others know exactly where NOT to go.
Kiesra was amazing! She was helpful and understanding about a unique personal situation that I shared with her while explaining what I needed for my contacts. She was very compassionate and went above and beyond to mae me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate her amazing service approach.
