Bad customer service. Don't expect to leave the store without paying $400 plus. When the glasses are done, they didn't look anything like what is on the display. The attached image shows a film of oil or something in the center. I was able to wash it off at home with soap. Their mirrors are dirty, just like the glasses they provide.
The nosepiece on my glasses broke while traveling to Portland over the Memorial Day weekend. Culley was very helpful and fixed my glasses right away. I fully expected to pay for the service, but was pleasantly surprised that they did this at no charge. Thanks for the great service!
Super sweet and awesome team! I was in and out in about 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. Lexi was amazing—she helped me pick out the perfect extras for my glasses and made the process so easy. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly kind and professional during the exam. I always love coming here for glasses—it’s efficient, affordable, and the whole staff is just so friendly and helpful. Emma was great! She took SO much of her time helping me figure out what the best deal was with my insurance and without, she was so patient with all my questions and how much it would be with this add on, this lens etc. Thank you Emma, you deserve all the Black Rock!!!
We had a very nice time visiting America’s Best last Saturday. We went in for the free eye exam by appointment. The service was great and we weren’t there for a long time. Once both portions of the exam where done Lexi helped my little brother find 2 pairs of frames that he genuinely liked. She made him feel stylish and like he was “that guy” that left us both feeling thrilled about our visit. We’ll be back in 2 weeks to pick up the frames.
