I had an outstanding experience at River City Eye. This was my first visit, and Dr. Bui was exceptional—kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. She took the time to clearly explain everything about my eye health, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. The front office team at the Happy Valley clinic was just as impressive. They were friendly, helpful, and patient as I tried on several different frames. I also appreciated how transparent they were about my insurance benefits, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase glasses. I’m very happy with my experience and will absolutely continue trusting this clinic with my eye care.

What a great experience! Every staff member was personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Efficient and well managed office with current technology and transparent upfront pricing. I forgot why I'd been avoiding a checkup... they made it easy, quick, and painless.

Paige’s knowledge and know-how made once impossible computer eyeglass because of my high power prescription possible that gave me a very clear vision on the computer works. It was a very pleasant experience with all my visits.

We have been going here for a few years and have had a great experience every time! Both the doctor and front office staff are patient and kind. It is a boutique style experience that includes a nicely designed office and a nice selection of frames to purchase. I am writing this review because of the great patience the entire staff had with my 13 yo daughter who was trying contacts for the first time. I was sure it just wasn’t going to work for her and they took their time and were soooo incredibly patient. Multiple staff members took easily a half hour working with her to support and encourage her and teach her what to do to wear contacts. I would highly recommend River City Eye!

River City Eye staff are Amazing and very proficient! Paige a special shout out to You!! I cannot say enough how excellent you are!!! You made my experience phenomenal and provided me with so much knowledge! I can’t wait until it’s that time next year!!
