This clinic is wonderful. They fit me in for my son’s very first vision exam and were very patient during the whole process while we navigated this new chapter. I will be returning to get him his new glasses soon. I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism. The staff were kind and again took good care of my son since he was nervous. Thanks again. 😊

Out in the middle of Happy Valley is a surprising and great place. I just completed my second yearly eye exam at Happy Valley Vision Source with Dr Paige and want to share my experience. She is an excellent eye Doctor with the latest equipment and is also an excellent communicator in addition to being very nice! I strongly recommend her.

This is my second year with them, and I can honestly say they have a winning team here. They've got their business running so smoothly and efficiently. From the friendly reception staff, to the helpful nurse, to the knowledgeable MD, and especially the very patient ladies who wait patiently while you find just the right frame—everyone is exceptional. I highly recommend this place! Both my husband and I will definitely continue using their outstanding service.

I highly recommend Eye Care Northwest! Nearly a year after what I believed was a routine eye exam, I received a bill for additional diagnostic testing that resulted in charges beyond my insurance-covered exam and co-pay. Over the following months, I contacted my insurance company, worked with the clinic's billing department, and repeatedly requested documentation showing that I was informed of and agreed to testing that would create additional financial responsibility. Instead, I was sent a blank quote containing no patient name, no signature, and no identifying information connecting it to my account, along with generic clinic forms that did not address my concerns. I also requested multiple times, both verbally and in writing, to discuss the matter with owner Yume Paige, but was told by the office that the owner was not available to speak with me. At this point, the issue is no longer the $45 charge. It is the lack of transparency, documentation, and communication. After nearly a year and months of effort to resolve this professionally, I have lost confidence in this clinic's billing practices and would have expected the patient relationship to be valued more highly than a disputed $45 balance. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this eye clinic when there are so many reputable ones to visit.
