As customer service these days has been lacking, Victoria restored my hope in humanity. I know to many it might not be a big deal, but she went above and beyond with her assistance and professionalism. Wife had an appointment to get glasses and definitely glad she decided to go there. Everything went smooth. Susan was great helping my wife pick out a proper pair and Doctor Dave was professional and knew what he was talking about and was funny as well. Great place, great people, and great prices!!
They tell you their eye examine is only good for less than a month. (Funny everywhere else its good for one year.) They give you a pair of contacts to tryout, but when you go back to order, they say the Doctor will not sign off on you getting the contacts. Save your money and go anywhere but here. They need turned in for fraudulent practices.
Meaghan was WONDERFUL!! She helped me two separate Times to get both glasses and contacts. She was so sweet and got me the absolute best pricing I’ve been able to find! Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking to go to America’s best:)
