What a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was impressed by how efficiently the office was run—there was virtually no waiting, and every step of the appointment moved smoothly. Greeted warmly and even offered some water, the front desk made me feel welcomed and immediately at ease. Ava, my tech, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain not only what she was doing but why she was doing it. That made the entire exam process comfortable and easy to understand. Dr. Rettig was equally outstanding. Rather than rushing through the appointment, he took the time to talk with me, ask thoughtful questions, and genuinely listen to my concerns. He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel like a valued patient rather than just another appointment on the schedule. A special shout-out to Mackinze ~ She made what is usually the most stressful part of the visit—choosing frames—an enjoyable experience. Her knowledge, encouragement, and eye for what looked best transformed my anxiety into confidence. Instead of feeling awkward and overwhelmed, I actually had fun and left feeling great about my selection. Excellent care, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly makes you feel welcome.
