America’s Best Optometrist

I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best thanks to Ms. Taylor. She was incredibly kind, patient, and very professional. She helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her attitude was so positive and helpful, and she made the whole process very comfortable for me. Customer service like hers is truly rare. I really appreciate her assistance and highly recommend asking for Ms. Taylor if you visit this location!

I love this particular business. I've been going here for years and their people seem to get more helpful each time I visit. I was here this past week and was taken care of by Ginely. She was phenomenal. She made sure to get me everything I could get from my insurance. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy 5 stars. This is the only place I will continue to go in the future.

As someone with really bad social anxiety and that has never wore glasses before I for the most part really enjoyed my experience. I had an appointment 2/18 at 10:20 for an eye exam and possibly glasses. I walked in and there was 2 males being helped at the counter eventually a male worker came over somewhat aggressively to check me in and was asking me questions in a somewhat demanding manner causing me to freeze up and raise my anxiety. Eventually I was told to walk to the back to wait to be seen for my exam. The women who did my pre exam was a sweet women & the man that actually did the full exam was very sweet aswell. After my exam they told me to go pick out frames so I walked into the main lobby and started to look around and that’s when Ginely approached me very calm and sweet. She started to give me a break down on how the pricing tages work and seeing if there was any frames or styles I liked. She then helped me pick out a couple different frames until I found 2 that I liked. I really appreciate Ginely for helping me reduce my anxiety she was very patient, understanding & very calm. Definitely recommend you ask for Ginely when you have an appointment.

America's worst! Scheduled an eye exam and contact consult and was told they accept my insurance but it wasn't until after my exam they told me I was out of network and couldn't use my full benefits. I would of went somewhere else but now I was stuck because I needed my prescription for my contacts. I followed up a week later and had a problem with my eyes being dry so they gave me drops for a week and charged me $75, had a follow up a week later, went in the store and they had no idea why I was there and I wasn't even scheduled with the right doctor. I saw Dr. Patel and wasn't impressed. After the appt they tried charging me $55 more dollars when I was told that visit would be covered, well I refused to pay. That office is mismanaged, no one is on the same page with your care but if I want my contacts script I have to go back to them. I don't want to step foot in that place ever again but since I can't pay out of pocket for another exam somewhere else I have to. Stay away from thos place.

My experience was……but I like the manager he was nice enough to fix my glasses until I receive my new ones, exam from beginning to end was smooth and they actually had some cute glasses to choose from. I Also liked the way the manager kept good energy under all circumstances!
