I had the pleasure of working with Perpetual today after my eye exam. She made my experience smooth and effortless. She went over everything I needed to know with different pricing to make sure I was getting the best deal. She truly was joy to work with. I would highly suggest if you can working with her if you ever are in need of glasses!

I was checked in early, the doctor was great and informative, the price was incredible, and the gals on the floor rocked! Best experience I've had buying glasses! Everyone worked as a team which is non-existent these days. Bonus shout out to Perpetual - you are amazing and made me part of the experience! I'm so glad I chose AB! The best part, I got a kick-butt pair of glasses and I can't wait to get them - thanks much to you all!

Everyone in the Downingtown location was pleasant and helpful without being pushy or overly opinionated. Ariana was helpful and friendly. She made me feel at ease and didn't rush me. Prices were affordable. Looking forward to my new glasses.

Everything could improve. Perpetual is rude. She ordered me to sit down. I asked that glasses I purchased here in the past be tightened. She collared someone who apparently just got back from break and told him to check the lenses of my old glasses. She then turned to me to say that they have to check for scratches so that I do not accuse them of scratching them. How vile to treat a customer that way. She was clipped in tone and completely unprofessional. She then told me that "he" would take over. Without once introducing her colleague to whom she was also rude. I can see why your reviews for this location are abysmal. When I asked her name she told me and then pushed her name badge in my face. I told her I would be adding to the negative reviews. I am standing at your site right now while the employee she ordered to take over is completing the transaction. If I hadn't already bought these glasses I would have turned tail and walked out. Giavanni finished the transaction and was very professional.

I was helped by Perpetual, and she was the kindest employee. She was so extremely helpful as we tried to figure out a confusing situation. She helped me stay calm and was so incredibly sweet and I don’t know if I could have continued my appointment if it was not for her.
