Ok…. So I am beyond frustrated with this place. I ordered contacts through them and needed to get another eye exam the following year to get new contacts because the exams only last a year… after getting the new exam they wrote me a prescription that was WRONG. I did not double check the specific numbers on my new prescription compared to the old prescription before ordering my new contacts elsewhere. After I got my new contacts in the mail I then realized the prescription itself was wrong. My old contacts on the box read -6.00 and -5.50. My new prescription was off by a whole 1.00. Which is CRAZY to me. How does a doctor go backwards and give me the wrong prescription after I spend hundreds of dollars on the contacts. It just doesn’t make sense. After calling and trying to get them to work with me about this issue they seem to only give me the run around.. they say they are under staffed and the manager is not available right now etc. So long story short this place is terrible and the staff is not helpful at all. Would not recommend going here. Save yourself the stress. The picture refers to the doctor who did my exam UPDATE: I called multiple times and got the run around and was told that the manager, NICOLE was busy doing eye exams. Then 3 hours later I decided to go there because I live local and there was not ONE customer in the store. All three associates were sitting at the front desk doing absolutely nothing. I left unsatisfied and more frustrated and was told to come back later in the week to see a different Doctor for a new exam. Worst America’s Best around.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. From the first appt they were rude. The one doctor maybe took 60 seconds on my exam. Gave me a prescription with astigmatism mind you he never once told me I had that. When I got the glasses I knew something was off because they instantly gave me a headache. So I called to make a follow up with a different doctor. When I got there the one lady at the front desk was nothing but rude. When I was in the back for my second eye exam I saw the doctor on Google looking up my medical diagnosis. Which to me was odd. Fast forward to today, I got the notification that my new glasses were in. So I called to see when they close and the same rude lady said “promptly at 7”. I get there and not a single person said hi. When I was finally acknowledged I went to the area to get my new glasses. I asked the gentlemen who was getting me my new glasses if the prescription was different because they still felt off. And when he went to the front desk to grab the old glasses, the same rude woman was so annoyed about giving him back the old glasses for me to compare the glasses AS I WAS TOLD I WOULD DO WHEN I WAS THERE FOR THE FOLLOW UP!. I sincerely cannot stand this America’s Best and don’t recommend it at all. They should really reevaluate their workers because every single one of them besides the male tech are rude and arrogant.
I went into this location 2 weeks ago to have an exam and contact lenses ordered as well as a separate pair of eyeglasses. When I was in there it seemed as though the front desk staff wasn't really aware of the full process and gave some misinformation. Obviously sometimes people are new and they still have a learning curve however I went through the eye exam which was a virtual session which also cut out halfway through so I had to wind up getting on a virtual call with a different doctor and starting all over again. Understanding that nothing is perfect I tried to be patient went through with the rest of it checked out at the front desk and have been awaiting my contacts for 2 weeks. I called this morning to follow up and I'm being told that there is no record of me and their system that no contacts have been ordered and that possibly it was mistakenly ordered under a different name. The assistant manager I spoke with didn't really have any solutions as there really weren't any they could give me other than me having to go through the process all over again which at this point I definitely would not do because my confidence level is at 0. Start to finish this was a horrible experience and I see why others have been giving the same types of reviews.
Terrible communication. I was allowed to schedule an appointment at 9:10 am. I was informed when I arrived that the doctor doesnt arrive until 9:30-45 usually. Then after sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes I was told the doctor was stuck in traffic and would be an additional 30-45 minutes late. I live very close, there is not close to enough traffic on a Friday morning to cause that delay
If you need anything less than readers or have slight vision problems, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I needed something quick after an accident. I should have waited for a real doctor. I was thrown to the side when I didn't want to be diagnosed with diabetes or retina issues because I was already diagnosed with diabetes and MD equivalent issue. Then the doctor didn't take the time to see what I could actually see. Just --is this better or worse a few times and he was shocked when I kept saying neither. Finally opened up both eyes and as soon as I read a line he sent me on my way. It won't be strong, or even good to use. But other than being 100% blind I will suffer until I get more money and see a real doctor. Thanks for making me spend 375 bucks for absolutely nothing
