I brought my son here today for an eye exam. I was amazed they were able to get him in next day. Everybody was so friendly and fast. They have a great selection of frames to pick from. I will definitely be coming back for him and myself from now on. Keep up the good work!
I went to America's Best in Greensburg to get an updated prescription for contacts and new glasses and my experience has been nothing less than exceptional. I was really astonished by how kind every single member of the staff was and it really left a lasting impact on me. I've highly recommended this location to everyone I know in the area. Thank you to the America's Best in Greensburg staff for doing such a great job and creating a very safe and friendly environment for a girlie like me who struggles with anxiety. 🩷
America's Best.. Lincoln Place. Greensburg Pa..is an excellent place to get your glasses and contacts.. Matthew was excellent, helping me order my contacts and using my insurances... Jacqueline was very nice too... I, 100%, will be going back for my eye exam, glasses and contacts next year... I highly recommend America's Best Greensburg, Pa. I think a lot of people don't know that they take many insurances, and I was very happy to find out this information....
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not do business with this practice. Historically my family has gotten glasses from America's best in locations in different states. I called up to ask when the nearest time I could set an appointment would be when I was told that actually they don't accept mine or my fathers health plans (where it is 100% covered and in network, verified through the plans themselves) then to also be told regardless if I pay out of pocket or not, I have to see a doctor and get a script for an eye exam and a pair of glasses?! When did that become a thing, that's the whole point of what your store is supposed to offer? In all my life I never had a script for a pair of glasses, we always showed up and paid out of pocket. Scam!!!!! Avoid at all costs.
I've been going to America's Best for years. Just got done with my eye exam and I took the time to leave a review as soon as I made it to my car. They are the absolute nicest people and they made my experience amazing. They talk to me like they've known me for years we joked around and had a great time. I was in and out in less than an hour. Amazing customer service.
