America’s Best Optometrist

Very disappointed with how this facility is running. I was scheduled for a remote visit, which entails coming into the store, everything os pretty much the same until its the doctor's turn in which that is virtual. My appointment was for 9:50, less than an hour after they even opened. I arrived 10 minutes early, and waited for over an hour and a half to even get to the exam room. There they have some very under qualified person run a video of your eyes to send to the doctor. He gave minimal instructions, and even pulled away the machine, that my chin was resting on, with no warning when he was done with the scan. Then I waited another 20 minutes in this exam room with this individual, waiting for the doctor to arrive on screen. All the while he scrolled on tiktok with his volume up. It was all around so unprofessional. My time with the doctor was under 3 minutes, all so I could order with practically the same prescription i previously had. I was there for over 2 hours. I had glasses selected before I even was seen, so that didnt add any time. Just a warning for anyone trying to schedule an appointment here.

I had an amazing experience today with Tiffani. Her attitude was so enlightening and encouraging. I felt supported, never rushed or ignored. She was upbeat, cheerful, yet patient and nurturing, which made me feel so comfortable! Her spirit resonates at this location. The most friendly and professional group of ladies assisted me with understanding each step in the process from beginning to the end. Office very clean and managed superbly by the on site manager. The staff was kind to everyone and worked like a team should. Will always be a return customer to the Monroeville PA office .

The nicest staff when you walk in the door! Nice selection. Awesome service. Eye exam was quick and I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for a great price. I wasn't happy with a pair and they exchanged them!!! I got exactly what I wanted!! Great place to get glasses.

Horrible service. I called about an issue and both the receptionist and manager were useless and rude. It was shocking how little they were going to help. Yelled over me on phone. I’m supposed to go get a trial contacts then I have to go back to get another pair. I don’t want to go back in that place are you crazy. I have no intention of ever wasting my time in such a place. I’m probably going to find a better place. . Avoid this place if you can.
