I first came here 6 years ago and I guess after not having glasses in years at that point, I was fine with what I could get. This year I really didn't want the appointment but my mom made it so I went with hope .... All I heard was but this is the trend... So, lord forbid if you don't want to be a trendy. I wanted a clearance frame to be told it would actually cost more. I wasn't instructed what was in my range what I could get. To go for the refund to be told I would receive around $25 out of $105.... So overall waste of time and money. The exam was not professional it was just laid back I was reminding the lady and then I used to have a stigmatism I'm unaware if it got better or worse over the 6years I haven't been to eye doctor. He told me my eyes were healthy and hadn't really changed....cheers to being stuck with frames I didn't want and have already had for 6years.... I hope to never go to a eye doctor again if this is what it's came to... I guess eye problems are for trends...
Like many of the other reviews. Be ready for a serious time commitment. What’s the point of a scheduled appointment time only to sit for hours. This other gentleman in here with me is on oxygen, he finally had to leave because his tank was getting to low, they were happy to reschedule. I wanted to update my negative experience, the doctor was extremely condescending, not attentive just flowing her day and out right rude. The lady at the front desk was just as bad, like you’re supposed to k ow all these variable options yourself that glasses come with without information provided. Condescending and passively aggressive as well. If I could leave no stars I would. Miserable place, again I couldnt wait to leave
Everyone at this location is so sweet and helpful. I got my eyes checked on a Friday, and a week later my glasses were ready. I paid less that 100 for the entire exam and for TWO pairs of glasses. When making sure my frames fit, Josh was super friendly and helpful as well. He has an amazing personality and made the whole experience amazing. I was nervous about how I looked in my new glasses. He made me feel confident just being able to see again!
I was seen by Dr. Watson in my recent visit with America's Best in Kingsport, TN. He was extremely patient and thorough. He went over in great detail what I needed and I absolutely highly recommend him. I did need glasses and the young ladies that helped me, Brianne and Lily were so helpful in helping me with ordering them. I work on computers 8 to 10 hours a day and have been struggling with severe eye pain and fatigue at the end of the day so I was really looking forward to getting my glasses. I was given a 2 week window before they would be ready but was contacted not even a week later that they were ready. If you are needing glasses or contacts you really need to make an appt and go see them. I will be recurring patient there and I would recommend them to anyone.
