Cole was the best with helping me get my replacements! They explained all the add ons perfectly and helped me get the best pair I've had in a while. The frames are so cute and they perfected the fit for me. I highly recommend them. There was a tarp in the ceiling that made me very nervous. I'm hoping it doesn't mean theres damage to the roof but honestly, Cole's reassurances were great and their service is the only reason this place is getting five stars.

I was having an issue with my lenses coming out of my frames frequently while cleaning my glasses. I stopped by the Round Rock location and Liz took a look at them for me and went to great lengths to find a new screw and hopefully solve my problem. A shout out to Liz for great customer service! I have an update on my review. I have been in to have my frames adjusted so that my lenses would stop popping out and usually within a day or two they’re coming out again but I want to again complement Liz for making a concerted effort to really try to solve my problem. She spent a lot more time than anyone else has and worked to get the right screws to really fix the problem. It’s been almost 5 days and they are holding up great! Thank you Liz. I hope your supervisor acknowledges your great effort! Your customer certainly did!

I don’t even give reviews ever but today really bothered me. I walked in today to get an eye exam and immediately felt uncomfortable, as if I was a bother, and judged somehow, pretty disappointing because it was a mood killer honestly. The store associates such as Anna had a lot of attitude with me, I understand long and frustrating days but I did nothing to them. I felt as though I was a burden, not fun. I would love to shoutout the optometrist Kate Do, I have seen her before and she is always so calm and sweet. If I had to go back it would be for her. I asked about other vision offices around, as I definitely am not returning.

In February of this year, I went to America Best Co for my annual eye exam and prescription. I encountered a very unfriendly male doctor who lacked professionalism and knowledge; you can imagine how bad my new glasses were 😓😓. This was my second year getting my glasses here, and the reason I came here was because of Dr. Ma-Trandai, phuong. She was very professional, friendly, and listened to my needs. So, I immediately requested a re-appointment with Dr. phuong, and the two doctors' results were vastly different. Now, my new glasses are very clear and comfortable. I'm grateful to all the staff at this store for their kind, friendly attitude and professional knowledge.
