Dr Martinez is the best! Excellent results from a laser retinal tacking procedure five years ago. Still perfectly stable. He also provides excellent communication to the patient during the exam, clearly and calmly describing not only any issues he sees, but how they can be resolved. Very reassuring. Also, excellent support staff! Professional and courteous and hard working. Outstanding!
This place was just amazing. It was such a crowded, chaotic place and it took over two hours, but the people made it so much better. From the sweet front desk lady to every single person I came into contact with. Every single person cleaned the equipment before putting it on me. Matt was so nice. He explained everything so thoroughly. The doctor was also so kind and compassionate! Great experience and so clean!
I was having a problem with my referral and the office staff was very helpful and took care of it immediately. Dr Philip Storey was very kind and efficient. He made me feel at ease immediately. I was a little nervous since I was having a laser treatment to repair a tear in my retina. The procedure was fast and painless. I only felt a little bit of pressure. Highly recommend this place.
Everyone was professional and respectful. I got a chance to see the picture of my eye! The woman at the check-in desk took care of me after my appointment while I was waiting for my ride. (I’d had my eyes dilated.)
