Thank you Dr Jonna and your whole staff from front office to techs. After my 89 year old mom in ER for her eye issue, we got an appt with your office for the next day when my sister called. Mom said everyone was very caring and delicate w her. She liked Dr Jonna how he explained everything and ease her mind. She is on her way to recovery and will be seeing him from this point forward. Her ophthalmologist Dr Wallen has too long of a wait to see her when it is an urgent manner. Dr Jonna will be sending report of the visit to mom’s treating doctor. Thx and hugs and kudos to everyone!!!

Everything associated with Retinal Consultants of Austin is beyond professional. Top notch from the time I am greeted on entry until I depart. Dr Chexal takes time to explain procedures and then followup with great medical care. Technicians are also beyond great. And the front desk person is friendly and accommodating. This office was recommended to me by my Ophthalmologist in San Diego before coming here. That was 9 years ago. I need to be treated every 6 to 8 weeks. Thanks to this staff and the initial referral.

This was a very good visit. Even though I arrived 30 minutes early for the appointment, they were able to accommodate me. The procedure went well. The tech didn’t over do the betadine, and Dr Chexel’s injection was painless. And I’m happy to say that I didn’t get a severely bloodshot eye afterwards.

The doctors and staff were very pleasant, attentive and professional. I highly recommend this practice for excellent care and exceptional customer service. Dr. Jhaveri is an expert in his field and communicates well. Great service and better experience.

Dr. Jhaveri and his team are kind, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Jhaveri makes sure we understand what's involved in managing my son's condition. We couldn't ask for a better medical management team.
