Truly superb customer service. He’s personable, calm, and knows how to explain medical information in a way that actually makes sense to someone who isn’t in the field. No rushing, no talking over you, just clear communication and genuine care. His energy and presence put both adults and kids at ease. The facility itself is clean, organized, and has that rare balance of professional and welcoming. It feels corporate in the best way but still warm and human, not sterile or cold.
