Heather, the store Manager, is beyond amazing! Truly, I have been a difficult customer with a crazy, strong prescription. It has been hard for me to wear the strength of eyeglasses that i need. None of this has phased Heather or Stephanie, as they both consistently are so kind, patient and helpful with me on every visit. Their excellent level of customer service is above and beyond the norm in every way!!! This is a superior location for high quality eye care and pricing.

I came in for a routine check up and got such an amazing experience. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Dr.Wheeler was very helpful and informational. I was able to get everything my eyes needed and more. Heather was so sweet, she took care of everything I needed and worked with me along with all my concerns. She even helped me find new frames. Everyone was lovely and I love this location!

This is the best location in the area, the kindness and attentiveness that the staff provide is 10/10 🤍. I live 3 minutes from the Frisco location and let me tell you the drive to this specific location is worth it. Unlike the Frisco location, this location has never failed to have amazing service every time I come here. Heather was amazing and was there to answer any questions I had, truly amazing staff !

Heather is the ACTUAL BEST! My son broke my glasses close to them closing for the day but she STILL took me! My glasses were fixed in less than 10 minutes. I recommend her and this location. Very caring and quick! Thank you Heather!
