Cassy Camacho, the office manager was rude and hung up on me when I asked why they didn’t send my RX to the VA Pharmacy more than a week pre-op. She said they did not have pharmacy info, even though it was discussed during my preop and I was a referral from the VA. Red flags here, because the doctor doesn’t talk with patients to resolve staff issues.
Dr. Shashi Alloju, M.D. and Dr. Pooja Alloju O.D. are both awesome! I came in for a routine eye exam and Dr. Pooja Alloju O.D. was able to get my vision back to 20/25 with the help of glasses. I was worried that I had Keratoconus and Dr. Shashi Alloju, M.D. showed me my corneal topography and assured me that I didn't have this issue - he is a board certified expert in this matter. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I absolutely love Dr Shashi Alloju!! He has a great personality and takes the time to answer any of your questions. He is very knowledgeable and up on the latest and greatest. I would not hesitate to recommend him. The back office staff are great too!
