I had an amazing experience at America's Best! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. Beatris was incredibly kind and funny, and she made my visit so much more enjoyable. She made me feel comfortable and kept me smiling throughout the process. Jarred, the manager, was amazing. He made sure everything was running smoothly and that every customer was well taken care of. He was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions, making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend America's Best to anyone looking for quality eye care and a friendly, caring staff. Thank you, Beatris and Jarred, for making my visit such a positive experience!

I recently needed to have my glasses repaired, which I originally received at the New Caney location. Despite the distance, I chose to drive from Splendora all the way to the Humble location, and I am so glad I did. I plan to continue visiting this location for my future eye exams and glasses repairs because the experience was truly exceptional. The staff at this location were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I felt truly heard and valued throughout my visit, and their warm, professional attitude made all the difference. I cannot recommend this location enough—thank you all so much for turning my experience around with America’s Best Contacts and Lenses. After my visit, I genuinely fell back in love with this company and look forward to continuing to trust them with my eye care needs.
Dr Sighu and Jarred the manager were amazing in our visit, first time stepping in the establishment even with my medical condition for my eyes the staff were able to take care of me in obtaining a new pair of glasses. Real excellent service
Everyone from the lady who got me signed in (T’nhia), to the doctor (Sidhu), to the manager himself (Jared) was extremely welcoming and super informative. It had been awhile since coming in, and I am so glad I did!!!! Best eye experience hands down.
I came in for my eye exam about 2 weeks ago and had a great experience! The receptionist was friendly and i loved the Doctor. However, I came to pick up my glasses yesterday & the receptionist, Dayanara, was very rude and condescending. I walked inside and said “Hello, how are you? i got a text saying my prescription is ready for pickup.” she looks confused for a second & calls someone from the back to help her. She goes to the fax machine and literally prints out my prescription. By this time, I am confused as well. So i tell her “no ma’am, not the actual prescription but my glasses.” She rolls her eyes, walks away, and as she’s looking through a drawer she says, “well you said prescription so that’s what i went and grabbed for you.” very rude and sarcastically. I understand that it was my mistake, but she could have clarified if it was any confusion on her end as well. She did not even say thank you or have a good day as I was walking out. Very rude and very unprofessional. I would have loved to come back because I really enjoyed the Doctor, but not after my encounter with Dayanara.
