Been coming to this place for years, and Ive always been helped by Yesenia Garcia and she has always recommened the right glasses and transitions for me. Good customer service as always I have tried going elsewhere and its not the same. The best manager ever 👌👌
Not happy with my experience with them at all I purchased my glasses in November of 2025 Four months later the arm of the glasses came off and I went back to have them repaired was told that I’ll have to purchase a new pair of frames , because I didn’t buy the warranty , I had been dealing with America best for years and was always told they would repair if needed within a year of purchase . So I’m in market for a new ophthalmologist (paid to much money to have to buy a new pair) also I wasn’t happy with the transitional lenses( doesn’t get dark enough for me. )

They did not measure my pupillary distance now I can't get glasses without that. Very rushed assessment. Didn't seem like the doctor really put a lot of attention into my problems.
Came here on time for a scheduled appointment for an eye exam, the receptionist was too incompetent to read insurance information and input it incorrectly, the whole inconvenience took so long that the doctor was unable to see us. Would NOT recommend going here if your looking for a professional, competent customer service.
