Amazing place, I've always gotten my glasses here they always deliver so fast and ive never felt unsatisfied. I came in today looking to get my glasses fixed I knew it was going to take a while due to the way it broke but it was fixed faster than I expected and they even did extra and fixed the nose pad for me. I wasn't able to get his name but he worked today around 2pm and he had glasses too and looked fairly young.

I was having difficulty finding a place to fill my meta prescription. Eyemart Express provided assistance within an hour. Their staff was friendly and service was prompt.

Tonie was a very helpful on our visit and listened to our questions. She was also very helpful in suggesting what type of frames my son needs. All the staff was very friendly and were readily available at our convenience. Maria was excellent as well and was able to answer our questions regarding prices. Friendly & great customer service environment!

I had a great experience at EyeSmart Express. Felisia took care of me and helped me with my glasses and she was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The whole process was fast and smooth and she made sure everything was done right. I really appreciate her great customer service and I highly recommend this store.

First I applaud the company for hiring more help! Second, my glasses were completed incorrect but Laura made sure I did not have to return and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I live in HARLINGEN so having to come back for an issue on the company's part would not have been a good outcome for me. (I was given progressive lenses on my glasses, which I told Edward I did not want) Thanks Eye Mart Express for fixing the issue and not having me have to return. I also got 2 pairs for $100 the competition (STANTON) wanted to offer 1 pair for $200. I am a customer of years!
