America’s Best Optometrist

I had fallen asleep with my glasses on one night and broke the hinges on my favorite pair. I was upset that I had to use electrical tape to tape one side while I figured out what to do. I looked online and found America's Best at the Burleson, Tx location. Let me tell you all what a FANTASTIC experience I had! If I could give my experience 100 ⭐️ , I absolutely would have done so! From the very beginning speaking with Cyndi about my glasses on the phone to being able to see her at the store in person where she walked me through the process of repair. I was in and out the store, no more than 10-15 minutes! Incredible! She made the entire process so easy. She worked her magic and voila my glasses were good as new! The best part of all this, it cost me NOTHING! The repair was absolutely FREE!! She saved me so much money and grief of having to figure out getting a replacement. I also had other questions on possibly getting new glasses in the future and she was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me the information I needed! I will DEFINITELY bring repeat business back here for sure and tell others about you guys! If corporate is reading this review, you guys NEED to give Cyndi a HUGE raise. From her friendly demeanor that put me right at ease and her understanding of my issues and to resolve it with the speed of a master technician? I went here earlier today to get some cheaper glasses with my girlfriend and we had such a wonderful time! The ladies there were so sweet and informative, we will definitely be coming back!! And to Evelyn and the other lady (sorry we didn’t get your name), we promised that we would share the gift I made for Valentine’s Day and here it is, thank you for being such a joy!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Cyndi for the incredible service she provided. From the very beginning, she was not only professional but genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. What really stood out was how far she went out of her way to help me—she didn’t just do the basics, after finding out my contacts were not going to make it in until a few days and it taken a bit longer because of my special contacts order , She actively searched for and found me with the right contacts to make sure I can see and make my event tonight. It’s rare to come across someone who combines kindness with such a strong commitment to helping others. Cyndi made a potentially stressful situation into a very delightful and fulfilling experience . Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference for me, and it did not go unnoticed. I’m very grateful for her and her team's help today . I would like to thank Anna at the America’s Best in Burleson, TX. She is helpful, kind, and patient. I was there with an employee for a unique situation dealing with worker’s comp. Anna took time to answer all my questions, let me hang out and make phone calls, research our situation, and even translated between me and the employee. Anna is wonderful! I really appreciate all of her help!

Went to this location after getting a pair of glasses at another location close to home, boy that’s where the problems begin. After not getting any problem solved decided to go to Burleson location. I was so pleased at the decision I made. Not only did I get a new pair of glasses and exam in the same time frame, Laura was the most sweet polite and very helpful person and got me thru the procross with ease. She’s eager to please and couldn’t have done it without everyone involved. Keep up the good work all the crew at Burleson location. Way to go!
