I had a great experience at America’s Best thanks to Francisco Arias. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and help me find frames that looked good and fit comfortably. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. What stood out most was how much he seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my choice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude the entire time. I’m really thankful for his help and would definitely recommend asking for Francisco if you’re visiting America’s Best. He made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress free.

I just returned my glasses and sunglasses to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. They went out of their way to fix the first pair and have them remade and shipped them to Illinois for me and when they still did not work out for me, they accepted the return, even though I was gone for six weeks, which was past their warranty date, but since I called, they made a note of it. Carlos Gulley at America’s best eyeglass center in Dallas was friendly professional, efficient, and reassuring. He did everything he said he would do and he did it with a smile. This guy needs a raise and a gift certificate for a foot massage.

Carlos went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were repaired, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. He made sure my glasses were put back in perfect order, and his customer service was absolutely exceptional. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! I had an absolute amazing experience today with Francisco and Carlos. They did a very good job with helping me get the glasses that were great for me. They were very attentive. The customer service was top-tier and I would highly suggest you to go out of your way if you have to so you can be taken care of properly. I have some beautiful glasses for a very nice price and I was given a lot of informative information as well.
