I have been a customer of America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for more than seven years, including the last five years at this location. Recently, I experienced an issue with a new pair of glasses that did not feel comfortable. I contacted the store to discuss possible options and hoped they might be able to offer some assistance with a replacement. To my surprise, Loveleen took the time to understand my situation, discussed it with her manager, and helped arrange a replacement pair at a minimal cost to me. The new glasses arrived within just seven days, and I was truly impressed by Loveleen’s proactive, customer-focused approach. A heartfelt thank you to Loveleen and her manager for going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. At times, communication can be challenging due to language or cultural differences on both sides. However, given the diverse customer base they serve and the high volume of customers they assist every day, this is understandable and has never diminished their willingness to help. Excellent customer experience. I’ll call them set up an appointment and within the next few minutes I showed up they got me in, treated me so well. Moved so fast and within 30 minutes. I was out with my contact lenses in my hand. Highly recommend, truly the best experience in the best price to.

I trusted America’s Best for my contact lens needs, but my experience has been nothing short of a betrayal. After a comprehensive exam, I was promised trial lenses clearly marked as $0.00 — meaning free. Yet, when I returned to try them, I was blindsided by a demand for payment, as if my prescription and order were utterly meaningless. To make matters worse, the store manager responded with blatant disrespect and dismissiveness, treating me not as a valued customer but as a nuisance. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer trust is shocking and unacceptable. America’s Best must immediately honor its promises or risk losing customers who expect honesty and respect — values this company has so far failed to uphold in my case.

I had a positive experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The staff were professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain available options without applying pressure. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist communicated clearly and effectively. Pricing was very competitive, offering strong value for the services provided. Although there was a slight wait, the overall service quality made it worthwhile. I would recommend them for their professionalism, affordability, and customer-focused approach.

The entire staff was great. The frames that I had purchased initially were "big", larger than my current ones. This was causing some slippage on my nose. They assisted with finding another frame very similar but a smaller size. They fit great. Excited to try them once the lenses are complete. Great service!!!
