I am writing to share what a wonderful experience I had at your location. Dr. Jessica Vu was profesional and very thorough during my exam. Evelyn was also incredibly patient and attentive while assisting me. Additionally Angela provided very helpful information regarding my costs and options. Everyone I encountered was so very kind and helpful. Thank you for the excellent service, and I look forward to returning in the near future. Keep up the great work ladies!! Yall are super sweet!!

came to this americas best because i had a phenomenal experience in mckinney. cant say this was any close to the same. for one obviously the demographic changes a lot but even with that being the case the vibe in this establishment was awful. also not sure what was different this time than the last time but it was 140 more dollars this time than the last time for the exact same service. they dont listen to anything you say and made a mockery of me. clearly youre nothing but a customer to them. will not be using americas best anymore. or at least this one

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years now and they always have a great selection of frames making it hard to decide. My contact prescription has always seemed to be complicated but they’ve got it right here. Angela has provided me with great assistance and patience with filing on my insurance the last few years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the NWHwy location for your prescription lens needs.

Lupe and Julie are just terrific. They are fantastic customer service representatives. The best of the best. They truly love to help others and building connections. I can tell that they are just so genuinely empathetic and caring in everything they do, they even stayed late past their closing time to help me. It was very meaningful to me. I hope you treat them well, and pay them more! They are terrific and invaluable and are the only reason I will go back to America's Best over Warby Parker. The service you get makes all the difference in the world. Do not let them go!
