Mostly kinda people working there. I took my brother here for a 1030am appt. It wasn't crazy packed, but we didn't leave until about 5hrs later (around 330p). Nothing serious, dry eyes and fluid retention was the diagnosis. A little organization is needed, but it is fair for the price.

Although this clinic may be affordable, I would not recommend it if you have serious concerns about your vision. I went in because I was experiencing significant issues with my left eye — when I covered my right eye, most of my vision was dark and filled with black spots. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the doctor told me it was “in my head” and even commented that “not everyone constantly closes their other eye to check their vision.” I trusted that assessment and was told it was likely just a lazy eye. Unfortunately, when I went to another clinic a year later for a second opinion, they informed me that the vision loss in my left eye is now permanent and that it should have been something that could have been detected earlier. Had my concerns been properly evaluated at the time, I may have had a chance to save my vision. Because of this experience, I would strongly encourage anyone with serious eye symptoms to seek multiple opinions and not ignore changes in their vision.
Got a chance to shadow here for a week. Everyone from the front desk staff, students, the resident, and attendings were super friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job at managing a high volume of patients every day
Excellent service! I arrived more than half an hour early, yet they still saw me in less than 10 minutes. The front desk staff was also very helpful and informative. Highly recommend this place for affordable glasses!
