Such a great experience at Eye Pieces today. Dr Nguyen was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and felt like we’ve known each other for years. I feel so confident now knowing there is room for improvement for my vision. Her support and encouragement will last a long time. The staff was also encouraging to my vision support. Everyone there was so supportive and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys! Happy 4th!

I was searching for an optometrist and optician who would genuinely take the time to examine my eyes and accurately determine my prescription. I’ve found the perfect place that meets my expectations. I have a high index, and other big chains, simply didn’t take enough time to ensure the correct prescription. Here, they do take their time with the exam and help you find the perfect frames that complement your face and style. The staff is incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain the health of your eyes. I will be back.

While they definitely carry premium brands, the quality is worth it. My glasses have lasted for years, so I’ve always felt like I was investing in something that would hold up over time. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Gonzalez, and they are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They take the time to answer questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. After years of being a patient, I can honestly say I haven’t had a single negative experience. The level of care and customer service has always been exceptional. In the past few years I’ve been to 4 different eye doctors. I’ve been struggling because of optic nerve hemorrhage and some loss of vision as aftermath. I had come to the point that I didn’t want to go for appointments anymore because of the lack and of information I’d receive coupled with other doctors and their cold and alarming manner. We moved to Dallas and I was still dragging my feet about getting an eye appointment. I needed someone who had newer technology and could examine my eyes without dilation drops. I found Eye Pieces online and read such amazing reviews and saw they had the technology for a drop-less exam so I scheduled an appointment with them. Oh. My. Goodness. Today I went to Eye Pieces (my anxiety was high). My appointment began with such a kind and calm lady who did the testing and went through my health history. Then Dr. Jaime Gonzales came in. His demeanor disarmed my anxiety and he thoroughly explained the condition of my eyes. He was so good at communicating and not being alarming. As long as I’m in Dallas this will be my eye doctor. (My husband is now looking forward to scheduling here as well.) If we move I may have to fly in for appointments.
