Every person and especially the nurses that we interacted with at Baylor Dallas were above and beyond. I started in the triage area to see if my water broke and the nurses there were so kind and understanding. We were seen very quickly at 3 am. Once I was moved to labor and delivery, I was assigned my delivery nurse who was amazing, calm, encouraging, and informative. My OBGYN came in while I was pushing and was with me for a significant amount of time, more than I thought she would be! She recommended an expedited delivery and explained everything very thoroughly and gave us time to process and make our decision. She was knowledgeable and so encouraging. Our baby passed meconium during my contractions, so NICU nurses were on standby and they were all great & took amazing care of our newborn. Multiple nurses were at the ready during my expedited delivery and we had a shoulder dystocia and the nurses knew exactly what to do. Once I delivered, the next set of nurses helped my baby latch and let us do skin to skin. Then we moved to postpartum and those nurses and the nursery were a life saver. So informative for first time parents and really helped us when we needed an extra set of hands. I felt so well taken care of, I did not want to leave. We got a lasagna and sleep sack on the way out & the security guard said she delivered at Baylor 29 years ago and also got a lasagna to go home with- what a sweet tradition! I’ve recommended Baylor to all of my friends for delivery and I plan to deliver any and all of my future children there! Can’t say enough great things!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brittney Anders, whom I have had the privilege of being a patient of for over 6 years. From routine visits over the years to delivering my baby boy, the care, compassion, and dedication I have received have meant more to me than I can put into words. When it came time to deliver my son, I felt incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such an amazing team. Dr. Anders and the labor and delivery nurses specifically CHI and Lilly, went above and beyond to make me feel safe, supported, encouraged, and cared for throughout the entire experience. Their commitment and dedication to what they do truly showed in every moment. Because of their encouragement, reassurance, and unwavering support, I was able to welcome my baby boy into the world with so much enthusiasm, strength, and joy. I will forever remember the feeling of being surrounded by people who genuinely cared about me and my baby and who helped make such a life-changing moment so beautiful. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Anders and every one of the labor and delivery nurses who cared for us along with all of BUMC kind staff that stopped by to check in, offer services and say congratulations. You all played such an important role in one of the most incredible moments of my life, and I will always carry that gratitude with me. We will never forget the care and support you gave our family.
I recently received care at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, TX and want to share how grateful I am for the experience. Every single person I encountered during my time there was friendly, kind, and professional, no matter their role. Nurses, doctors, technicians, security, transportation, maintenance, and food services, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, care and respect. Their compassion made a real difference during my hospital stay. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful care!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at the Baylor Scott & White Annette C. and Harold C. Simmons Transplant Institute in Dallas. I am coming up on my two-year kidney transplant anniversary, and everyone at Baylor Dallas has been absolutely great from day one.Navigating a transplant is a major life event, but the coordinators, doctors, nurses, and support staff have made me feel safe, informed, and deeply cared for throughout this entire two-year journey. Their medical expertise is unmatched, but it is their genuine kindness and dedication to their patients that truly sets them apart. I am incredibly grateful for the gift of life and the world-class team that continues to help me protect it. Thank you, Baylor Dallas!
Very efficient and professional. I expected my first appointment would require a lot of waiting around. I was promptly greeted and started the check-in process. Within a few minutes the nurse completed the check-in process and I was quickly taken to a room where the doctor and his team were waiting for me.. They answered all my questions. I was very pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. I would highly recommend Dr.Gupta and his staff for any liver or pancreas issues.
