I did a walk-in appointment set up and Brianna was able to get me in rather quickly. When I came back for my appointment Briana assisted me with my forms & my exam was thorough and quick. The Doctor was knowledgeable and offered me advice and upgrades. Brianna picked out the perfect glass frames on the first try! She has a great eye for assisting with frames and pointing out what looks good based on your face shape. With my insurance I spent $170 (includes a lens upgrade) on frames, $0 on my exam. I’ll be back to pick up my glasses in a couple weeks. Best eye care experience 10/10 recommend.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. M and I’m writing this review to express my concerns about the office manager Garison. Due to his lack of professionalism and integrity, I will no longer be a returning patient. Having such individual represent your business is a liability and could potentially affect your business in the long run. David on the other hand was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, I wish him luck and hope he either gets promoted or finds somewhere better to work.

Absolutely fantastic. One of the best eye care experiences I’ve ever had, truly. Very fast, very professional, no nonsense. The office is beautiful, the service is top-tier, and they really know what they’re doing. In and out, handled perfectly. People tell me all the time this is the best place downtown, and they’re right. Five stars, highly recommend.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my experience today. The employee at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Her tone was condescending, and she spoke to me with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. What concerned me most was that she appeared to be attempting to take my picture without my knowledge or consent. When I requested assistance from someone else because I was uncomfortable with the interaction, the situation was handled in a way that made me feel embarrassed and singled out in front of other staff members. I’ve never felt so disrespected during a medical appointment. I strongly encourage management to review this employee’s conduct and professionalism, as her behavior reflected poorly on your office and ultimately caused me to leave feeling upset and uncomfortable.
