America’s Best Optometrist

It was our best vision care visit so far! Everyone was so wonderful and welcoming - from the moment we walked into the clinic and checked in at reception all the way through the checkout process. The first lady who helped us before Dr. Trin was very kind and professional. Dr. Trin was wonderful as well - very thorough, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all our questions. Dezirae was amazing! She explained all our lens options and helped us find the best choice that fit our needs and budget. She was so friendly and helpful! Thanks so much for such an awesome experience! P.S. they also have a great notification and reminder system which is a huge plus.

I been using this place for a 3 years for my sons and myself. I really like the service.The other people complaining might have had poor communication skills as far as checking in. They sent me a verification email and I clicked yes I'm coming. It was simple. They took my insurance & I barely paid anything. The staff was extremely helpful & patient with me as always. The ladies in the office & man are professional & took care of all my needs. I like coming here because they accept my insurance but also they have a huge selection of frames. My complete exam plus 2 boxes of contacts was only $56. I also got prescription for glasses with that. I did read the other reviews with the low star rating and I didn't experience anything like that in the years coming into this particular location. They have clean restrooms & seating area to wait. The optometrist that is my eye doctor is very nice & I would highly recommend coming to her if you have high anxiety about eye exams. I don't particularly like them but she makes the experience comfortable & quick.

I have been going to this location for at least 7-8 years as part of their eye-care club. If you don't have vision insurance, it's the best thing in the world. Everyone has always been pleasant and kind whenever I come in, which is more than normal because I always misplace my eye script. I came in to get my contact script and asked them to tighten up my sunglasses that are constantly falling down my face. Now, I have asked 2 other eye places close to my apartment to do this, but since I didn't buy them there (they are prescription), they wouldn't do it. However, when I asked Dezirae a couple weeks ago, she didn't hesitate. I bought my glasses online, and they have been too big since I got them at least 7-8 months ago. I just got a car though, so I was knocking out errands and Dezirae was an ANGEL! I love my sunglasses a million times more now that they fit right. The staff that got my script for me was kind and funny (I unfortunately didn't get their name) & Dezirae did something 2 other people were scared to do- fix a pair of prescription sunglasses. This is why I'll always come to them for my eye care.

Although my experience with my initial eye exam and optometrist were great, the process for pick up was not. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses which I received a text for them being ready. Once I arrived I was told that only 1 pair was ready and to refer back to my text that I received. Once I read the text message back that said “glasses are ready for pick up” the staff member proceeded with a nonchalant attitude/demeanor. She asked me to try the glasses on and after I said they fit fine she sat there continuing to pack/organize other shipments. I then proceeded to ask her if I was good to go and was simply told “yes”. I will only be returning to pick up my remaining pair. There is an extreme lack of professionalism in regard to the front desk and it harshly affects the overall experience.

Alyssa is an absolute rock star! ✨ She’s so helpful, caring, and kind, and she made the entire process seamless and easy. Tan was also incredibly helpful and helped me find three pairs of glasses that I love and can’t wait to pick up when they’re ready. Dr. Tran did my exam and was so informative and kind. I highly recommend this place and location—such a wonderful crew all around!
