Called, got a same day appointment on the fly. The staff was polite & patient took the time to overlook my insurance policy. Dr. Gray was phenomenal as he had answered every question relevant or not in depth. I strongly support independently owned sole proprietorship mom and pops over mainstream corporations anyway! Also dog friendly, give Chloe extra pets for me! :) (My first ever google review because how well the Eye Impact experience was, I never care to do these reviews)

10/10 experience. Dr. Nguyen does a great job explaining each step of the appointment. The staff are friendly, office is clean, and parking is easy.

I had a great experience visiting Eye Impact for my first time. I did an annual eye exam along with a contact fitting. Everything went smoothly and I was never kept waiting. Great service and a beautiful office. Will definitely be back if I ever have any eye concerns or when it’s time for my annual exam. Dr. Nguyen is great at what he does and I appreciated his explanation behind every action during the exam.

Best eye doctor and best customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also, the puppies make me happy! I love coming here. It is very clean. My eyes feel great after the procedure I had done for my dry eyes. I recommend them to everyone!
