The selection is great here and Dr Leong & her staff take time to help you find the best fit! I ended up getting a pair of prescription Etnia glasses and prescription Tom Ford sunglasses! I especially love how the sunglasses came out! I was able to customize which color lens I wanted, such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came with a friend and husband to pick up their prescriptions, but I was immediately impressed by the beautiful selection of glasses of various designs and stylistic choices. After looking at some choices the young ladies Chelsea and Janice were wonderful and not only helpe pick out glasses that I felt fully happy with but made sure to explain the insurance and costs directly without feeling like a sale pitch. They really wanted me to get what was most suited for me despite cost. Then when I met Dr. Leong, I understood why these girls were so sweet and genuine, the lead optometrist was the personification of genuine and honest. She runs a beautiful business, very king and direct about cost and helped me even understand process of rebate. It was a seamless process and I will be continuing being a customer in the process. They took such good care of me and were so helpful in choosing frames and just through all the processes, definitely my new eye doctor. I had a superb experience at Upper Kirby Eyecare from start to finish. Upon entering the office, the space was clean, modern, organized, and with a variety frames on display to choose from. Check-in was a breeze and I was offered to help myself to coffee or a drink from their mini fridge in the lobby. Technician Ryan was quick, efficient, and very pleasant (he even made me laugh a few times) as he conducted the pretests, explaining what each equipment does. The tests were quick and painless. The machines that were used were clean and appeared to have the latest technology. Dr. Leong was very kind, professional, and thorough as she conducted my eye exam. She took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. I have astigmatism and Dr. Leong helped me choose the best contacts for me and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Leong and her practice to anyone needing glasses or contacts!
