I had a super wonderful experience at Eye Atelier this morning for my first eye exam in Houston. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and the doctor was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The entire eye exam process was smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated the caring and attentive service. It's not often that you find a clinic where both the doctor and staff are so genuinely warm and accommodating. I highly recommend Eye Atelier to anyone looking for excellent eye care and an exceptional patient experience. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

Eye Atelier is fabulous. From the welcoming store front, cozy waiting area, and welcome sign greeting me with my name when I entered, I felt like I had picked the right doctor before the appointment started. Dr. Chuang is thoughtful, professional and thorough. State of the art equipment provided an efficient evaluation of my eye health and vision. Her associate Ansel is knowledgeable and very helpful with frame selection. So glad I found Eye Atelier! Convenient for everyone in the West U, Rice + surrounding area.

I had a great experience with. Dr. Chaung was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she was seeing in my eyes/vision in a way that was easy to understand. I also really appreciated that the office staff helped verify my insurance coverage and reviewed the costs with me in advance. As a busy professional, that level of transparency and efficiency made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, organized, and respectful of my time. I had my first visit as a new patient with Dr. Janne Chuang, and I'm very impressed. She is a wonderful doctor-very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She really takes her time to listen carefully and makes sure all your concerns are addressed before you leave. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs smoothly.
