Erick was wondering. He took his time to help me out. It was hard for to decide what I wanted lol!He had a lot of patience with me!!

We had an issue with my wife’s glasses/frames. We didn’t know better about how her lenses were going to look based on her prescription. They were really thick. In my opinion, they should have offered us options based on the prescription related to the thickness of her lenses. So we went to the Mansfield location and Erick helped us with this issue. He was great!!! He was very knowledgeable of our issue and worked with us and our situation. He had to pull the manager but they both took care of us!!! Exceptional customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was rushed through my eye exam and sales process. I paid $350 for some frames and lenses and I ended up seeing the exact frames on Zeelool (spell check) for $15. I was told I would have my glasses in 10 days and 2 weeks at the latest. At day 12 I called and was told they’re not ready, called day 13 and was told the lab still had them, called day 14 to see if they could apply some pressure to the lab to expedite them since we were at the 2 week mark and was told “there’s nothing we can do; would you like a refund?” So I asked to speak to a manager…guess what? He was the manager. Nathan, if you really are the manager then it’s no surprise that your team has terrible customer service skills because you have some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Asking for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. A total waste of time and money.

The doctor kept rushing me, she kept trying to go through the exam, and taking my medication list, too fast. I love how I was able to get 2 RX sunglasses and RX glasses for a low price. I won't go back to that America's Best again.

Had a great experience here. My eye exam was very thorough and the doctor took the time to answer my questions. The staff helped me pick out new glasses and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Friendly service and great value. Very happy with my visit!
