Upon arriving for appointment, I was greeted and fealt welcomed by office staff. Dr Colston is very helpful in providing great customer interaction, suggestions for all options that may fit your needs, and what is the best confortable fit. Great experience at Eyes on Broad in Mansfield, Texas! I was able to get in and See Dr Ben Colston in a timely manner. Receptionist friendly and professional! Dr. Colston is very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! He answers all of your questions and does not rush the appointment!
Always had a great experience going here, both doctors are wonderful. Really exceptional service today working with Alicia. She helped my son work on getting contacts in for the first time. She was so patient, encouraging, and celebrated with us once successful!
I absolutely loved this office. It was my first visit and I will definitely go back. The staff were all extremely friendly. Dr. Strahm was so knowledgeable and kind. It was a very thorough exam as well!
I have been a patient of Dr. Colston for a few years and always so happy with the care he provides. He is patient with all my questions and I never feel rushed out of the exam.
