I had a great experience at America’s Best! Ruby was the one who performed my eye exam, and she was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and was very thorough. Dr. Nguyen was also excellent. She took the time to explain my exam results, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about my vision and prescription. The entire staff was kind and efficient, and my visit was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

I had a wonderful experience! I was pre-tested by Ruby, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain each of my eye tests to me and made sure I understood what was being done. I was a little nervous at first, but Ruby was so kind, patient, and reassuring that she helped me feel much more comfortable. Thank you, Ruby, for making my experience such a pleasant one! Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. 💕👁️✨
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ruby, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood all of my options. Her patience, knowledge, and positive attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service as outstanding as hers. Thank you, Ruby, and the whole team for such a great experience. I highly recommend America’s Best to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service!
I was able to get an appt same day that’s the first plus. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I walked in. Filled out a questionnaire and was back in less than 10 minutes. Ruby did my pretest and was great, she explained everything that would happen and gave me the heads up about the air pressure test. 👏 also, cleaned my glasses before reading the letters. What a nice touch! Highly recommend! I came for a contact exam (includes glasses 👓) and that’s $130 - without insurance but for $20 more, might as well sign up for their 3 year exam membership that also gives 10% off contacts. Call it a win win.
I went in in February to get a new pair of prescription glasses that are very much needed for work. I ordered two pair after trying them on. I told them that the prescription really didn’t feel right, but nothing was changed or done about that after coming back to Arizona and having my eyes checked by my regular doctor I was told I was reading at 20/40 with the new glasses on. after insurance paid their part I paid about $600 out-of-pocket for glasses that I can’t wear after coming back to Arizona to my regular doctor. I am now reading at 20/15 with glasses. It has cost me in work because I have lost my solder certification due to not being able to see with the new glasses on from America’s best. Looking forward to having my certification reinstated now that I can actually see unfortunately this is cost me an additional $700 out-of-pocket for new safety glasses and a Daily.
